Starfield – Heurêka Edition

2020

Interactive swings in New York.

Starfield is a swing that lets visitors interact with a virtual universe, travelling to the rhythm of their swaying. Starfield – Heurêka Edition was created for a Hermès event in New York. It is an adaptation of the original Starfield installation.

For the occasion, we created the Lightness Lab, a space for poetic research on the theme of lightness. Sixteen prototype machines are presented around four interactive swings.

For the purposes of the event, the swings are equipped with Hermès saddles, facing circular screens.
